Supportive Care is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art in-home services to individuals with serious mental illness that enhance functioning and quality of life. We understand the full impact that mental illness has on individuals and families. Although medication and good psychiatric care can improve an individual’s mood and thoughts, much more is needed to restore an individual’s confidence and functioning.
At Supportive Care, we know that compassionate, individualized, goal directed services make a big difference. We work side-by-side with individuals, encouraging them to take small steps towards meaningful, obtainable goals. We provide the education, side-by-side training, encouragement, and supportive feedback that builds confidence, restores functioning, and enhances self sufficiency.
