About Us
These men and women devote their time, energy, and resources to supporting our work in the community. Founded in 2006 by local concerned citizens and area businesses, and galvanized into a mission by pantry founder Ruth Chappell, the Colonial Height Food Pantry has grown from its initial 148 sq. ft. trailer to its current 5,400 sq. ft. building and from serving 4 families to serving more than 430K meals in FY2020.
Our dedicated staff each bring a passion for relieving hunger and in serving others, anchored by their sincere commitment to helping our community become healthier and stronger.
Distribution Hours:
Thursday: 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Friday: 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
