About Us

Cobb Technologies, started in 1990, is a locally owned and operated technology company. The company is a leading provider of office equipment, including products from top brands such as Canon, Konica, Kyocera and others.. In addition, Cobb offers Managed I/T Services, including network configuration, implementation, hardware, security and support. Cobb also provides software solutions for Document Management and Document Workflow. Cobb has high-end production print machines and large format copiers/printers/scanners. With such a wide array of products, backed by its factory-trained technicians, Cobb has a solution for almost every business need.

The owner of Cobb Technologies, Freddy Cobb, started the company with his father, a retired Henrico County Police officer. One of Cobb's first employees, Toni Gorveatt, today serves as the company's president and CEO. Freddy and Toni have become familiar voices on local radio with their zany Cobb commercials.

From its humble beginnings, Cobb has grown to 120 employees company-wide. With headquarters in its 66,000 square foot facility in Glen Allen, Cobb also has five branch offices across the Commonwealth.
