College Funding and Planning Seminar
If you’re like many parents, you may want to save for retirement and your children’s education, but while managing the household’s day-to-day expenses, it may seem difficult to juggle it all. Many families rank funding higher education as a top priority, yet costs continue to rise significantly, outpacing inflation for decades. This presentation provides an overview of different methods available to fund a college education, including targeted savings vehicles (529 plans, Coverdell accounts), formal assistance programs (scholarships, loans), and cash value life insurance. Come meet other parents in your community to learn more about the financial concepts of college funding.
